Vincent Boyer-Martenot teamed up with a childhood friend, Emmanuel Lucas de Bar, to create this special Chardonnay, Vin de France. The grapes of the cuvée Les Peyrarols are grown in a plateau overlooking the Hérault valley. The warm climate gives the fruit a richness and a beautiful tension. They are then shipped to Meursault, into Vincent's winery, where he follows the very same process as he would to produce his Meursault Village.
