From an abandoned vineyard site that Louis Barrol, at Saint-Cosme is slowly replanting year after year. Aged on lees and part in barrel, this is a complex and rich white. The 2018 is very fresh. Its aromas of white peach, mango and rose usher in a balanced, sublime palate. From Louis' words: flint, died apricot, marshmallow, violet.
