With grapes from the plot "Jesera" in Collio, this is a complex and highly aromatic white. Slightly purple in colour, due to the grey skin of the Pinot Grigio grapes, a mutation of the Pinot Noir, aged on the lees for five months. Fresh and inviting on the notes with notes of acacia blossom. Intense, dry and full-bodied on the palate, with good acidity and excellent balance.
