One of the Chartron signatures is that the wines are never over-oaked: it’s all about expressing that Chardonnay fruit, letting the ‘terroir’ influence the various elements and nuances. Sounds so simple and obvious, doesn’t it? Vital not to over-complicate…this would probably be the prime contender to be the family’s flagship bottle.
