Driven by his determined respect for tradition, Vincent limits yields naturally to focus on the vinification and quality of the wines. This pale pink rosé is made from Pinot Noir from a flinty plot located above the Sancerre walls. Candied fruits and cherrystone nose. Pressed and then vinified in tanks. Best served chilled to around 10°C with a barbecue, exotic and spiced dishes or pork.
