This was the bottle that lured us to Font Sarade. In our minds’ eyes, we had a distinct idea of what we required in a Vacqueyras, and the minute this got poured into the glass, it was a case of “that’s got to be the one.” 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, with 25% Mourvedre, giving extra depth and complexity.
