Specificity |
Power from Sauternes, freshness from Bommes and minerality from Barsac |
Radiating on the exceptional terroir of Sauternes, whose reputation is well established for sweet wines, Clos des Lunes watches over a vineyard of 70 hectares, spread over 3 complementary terroirs. The Sauternes soils, made up of deep gravel with underground springs, are a guarantee of power in the wines. The gravelly soils on a clay-limestone substratum of Bommes bring freshness while the red soils of Barsac endow the wines with great elegance and finesse.
